Job Description Are you a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with expertise in diabetes care? Join our dedicated team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care and make a significant impact on the lives of employees at Wonderful Pistachios! As a  Physician Assistant specializing in diabetes management, you will.
Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with glandular and metabolic imbalances, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and insulin medication changes.
Perform patient histories, physical exams, and lab analysis to formulate treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and health coaches to enhance patient outcomes.
Support community engagement initiatives, patient management, referral tracking, and mobile clinic operations.
Serve as an expert in diabetes disease management and prevention.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PA program with national certification and a valid DEA number.
5+ years of clinical diabetes experience.
Proven expertise in diabetes diagnoses, intervention, and care management.
Leadership skills and a passion for population health.
Written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
Technological proficiency with MS Office, EMR systems, tablets, and smartphones.
Travel required to Lost Hills Clinic, Delano clinic, and Mobile Clinic.
