PLATFORM SECURITY ARCHITECT (M/F/D)

Our vision for the company's 100th anniversary in 2025 is to make DEKRA the global partner for a safer world.Your Role As a Platform Security Architect at DEKRA, you will be at the forefront of securing our cloud and data platforms, ensuring they are “Secure by Design” to minimize exposure to cyberattacks. You will serve as the Security Architecture Lead during the design, implementation, and integration phases of DEKRA’s corporate standard data platforms and IT building blocks. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on platform security technologies, including AI and Big Data, as well as collaborating closely with business and technology teams to align security measures with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a deep understanding of core security disciplines, with a focus on platform security technologies, such as AI and Big Data.Lead the design, implementation, and integration of secure data platforms and IT infrastructure at DEKRA.Provide expertise in controlling access to public IT services through advanced authentication, authorization, access policies, and secrets management.Collaborate with business and technology peers to understand and support business goals through secure IT platforms.Work closely with Application Security roles to ensure comprehensive security coverage.Corporate Benefits and Additional Information:Summer and Christmas intensive workday, as well as every Friday throughout the year.Working hours: Monday to Friday with flexible entry hours.Possibility to participate in the company's corporate benefits: Private health insurance, restaurant vouchers, opportunity to teach English classes...Discounts on major brands: Textiles, consumer goods, leisure, electronics, travel agencies...Ongoing and specialized training provided by the organization.Position located in Malaga.Contract: Permanent.Remote work: Possibility of telecommuting through a hybrid system after a successful trial period.Required Qualifications and Competencies:MSc in a relevant field preferred.Fluent in English (Spanish, French, or German are a plus).Strong self-management, teamwork, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively across different cultures.Valuable Experience:4+ years in Application & Data Security, Azure Cloud Architecture, or similar fields.Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud data platforms.Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture principles.Other Desirable Knowledge:Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends and technologies.Relevant certifications such as Azure Security Engineer or similar would be advantageous.
