FRESH FRESH is a unique organization within the BNP PARIBAS IT Group.
FRESH is responsible for the alignment of IT programs with the strategy and objectives of Finance and Risk.

ABOUT THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Enhance the LRRS documentation.
improve the LRRS EMEA sharepoint organization, insure and follow the quality of the sharepoint content, share with the team members the good practices.
• As a PMO, participate to the preparation of meetings supports for programs and for internal initiatives (budget, RACI, training, communication, architecture,...) • As a PMO, produce the minutes of each Committee as well as the follow-up of the action logs.
• Work in close collaboration with the others trainees of LRRS TEAM in PARIS, to share and insure the alignment of the initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS • Business school - Finance is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), sharepoint is a plus • Operationnal in English mandatory • Knowledge of French is a plus • Knowledge of another European language is a plus SKILLS • Strong interpersonal communication (spoken and written) and customer orientation skills • Ability to simplify complex information in a clearly organized and visually interesting manner • Capability to work and interact with people of different expertise and hierarchical level • Organizational skills.
