om       Join our growing team in Madrid as a Portfolio Accounting officer.
As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES.
Work with the OPS team to gain functional knowledge of the portfolio accounting principles to accurately input, review, analyze and record-keep portfolios; Gain expertise in relevant software and our internal accounting platform to ensure accuracy of output; Learn to process all life cycle events of our engagements; Create, review and distribute reconciliations and customized periodic reporting to senior management;  Update client portfolios and other vendor data jointly with senior management; Oversee data flow and comparison between systems to validate that output is accurate; Liaise and cooperate with internal account management teams to ensure timely response to senior management inquiries; Effectively interact with internal parties, including Compliance and Finance teams (both, local and central); Take part in the analysis and supervision of profitability, product/client mix, WIP, cost structure, etc.

YOUR PROFILE.
Strong academic background, preferably with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
Up to 3 years relevant experience within the fields of accounting or audit.
High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills.
English level.
B2 and higher.
Knowledge of main accounting software/ERPs.
