The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to join the Bo research Group.
The position will be funded by Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades through project COMPLEXSIM (ref.
PIDNB-I00).

ICIQ is looking for a Postdoctoral Researcher to work in the group of Prof.
Carles Bo.
Responsibilities.
The candidates will develop and apply advanced databases and computational workflows to simulate complex reactive mixtures of hybrid organic/inorganic systems and catalytic processes, write scientific reports, and present results at international conferences.
Requirements PhD in Chemistry with specialty in Computational or Theoretical chemistry at the time of joining the contract.
Demonstrated experience as scientific software developer under the open-source paradigms.
He/she should be a motivated, open-minded, highly dynamic and a team player.
Proven good knowledge of English (written and oral).

Strong commitment for scientific research in a competitive environment.

We offer.
A temporary 3-year full-time employment contract linked to the project Computational Simulation of Complex Reactive Mixtures COMPLEXSIM (ref.
PIDNB-I00).
Remuneration according to the Institute salary scales.
Annual salary split into twelve monthly payments.

Pre-selection.

Interview.
Preselected candidates will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager of the position and the appointed Selection Committee.
Offer Letter.
