POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER_TRANSLATIONAL CANCER IMMUNOLOGY

We are looking  for a highly motivated candidate who wishes to advance her/his scientific career in a friendly and stimulating environment within the field of translational cancer immunology research.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Experimental Work.
Conduct in vitro functional and phenotypic analysis of macrophages and immune cells in the context of cancer using primary cells and cell lines.
Participate in the design and execution of preclinical cancer models in mice and sample analysis.
Investigate biomarker expression in human samples employing techniques such as immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, or RT-PCR-Sequencing.
Additional Responsibilities.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the research field through literature review.
Analyze and interpret experimental data, manuscript preparation.
Contribute to the mentoring of scientists with less experience in the laboratory.
Actively participate in laboratory meetings, IGTP seminars, and national/international conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCIE Required.
At the time of recruitment, candidates must hold a PhD degree in biological or biomedical science, in the field of immunology, cancer and/or cancer immunology.
At least one publication as first author in a Q1/D1 indexed journal.
Applicants must demonstrate an advanced level of English language (spoken and written).
Willingness to conduct preclinical studies in mice with adequate support.
Valued.
Participation in national/international conferences.
Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and concisely, and to work collaboratively within a research team.
Strong ability to manage responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Organizational, proactive and self-motivated attitude.

December Gross annual remuneration will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.
