What you’ll do   As our Presales Service Consultant your primary role will be to engage across a range of contact points within a customer organisation and determine the service model which will complement a technology solution required to provide market-leading service to that customer.
This is a customer-facing role, working with global clients who are UK-centric as part of the Service Relationship Management organisation in Vodafone UK.
You will be assisting the Solution and Sales colleagues in developing the service model for a solution for our customers.
You will respond to requests for service capabilities from the customer but will also be accountable for demand generation activities i.

pro-actively creating new opportunities to sell Vodafone Support Services which enhance both the customer experience and the value of the opportunity to Vodafone.
You will typically own the definition of bespoke service models or the tailoring of a standard service models for new customer solutions.
You will partner closely with customers through demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, skill, and expertise that adds value to the customer’s business and also improves customer satisfaction.
You will be involved in the development of bid inputs such as providing written responses to tenders and customer clarification questions; input into the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM); inputs to the commercial model.
You will also be responsible for the creation of handover documentation for the Care and Operations Transition functions for won business.
Who you are    You will have a background within either Pre-sales and / or Service management & an appreciation of ITIL v3 or V4.
You will showcase the ability for understanding, capturing, and managing the customer requirements, using additional resources where appropriate.
You will be able to provide the guidance on the Service component to Bid Material and assist the sales team during the bid discussions with customers.
You will demonstrate good communication & presenting skills to both an internal and external audience.
You will possess the ability to have an agile mindset and have the willingness to develop and adapt to meet changing client and market needs.
You will be a team player who demonstrates a problem solving ability using innovation and initiative.
