Job Summary.
The Pricing Analyst is a professional that works under moderate supervision.
This position will be responsible for development and maintenance of core systems and processes, data collection, consolidation and analyses; to generate reports and provide visibility of metrics, they will play a crucial role in updating yearly pricing within our operational systems (Oracle, Salesforce and Navision) for all product lines.
Extract insights through monthly reporting on price realization and trends within regions.
Support, maintain and enhance Salesforce functionality for continuous improvement.
This role requires interaction with different business functions and the communication and development of pricing strategy.
Major Job Responsibilities.
Apply the TLME (top line margin expansion) standard work and governance for EMEA, including process improvements.
Provide monthly price reporting to senior management to drive optimal decision making for the business, including price reporting by product, segment, region and sales territory.
Provide regional Sales teams with monthly pricing reports and insights.
Support senior strategic decision making by interpreting data and offering key insights Apply a variety of pricing analyses (waterfalls, pareto charts, scatter plots etc.) to document analytical insights and formulate recommendations and/or corrective measures to improve margin levels.
Facilitate annual pricing increase process liaise with key stakeholders, and complete system updates for Oracle, Salesforce, Navision.
Ensure the Dealer net price lists for all equipment and options are correct and up to date in all systems Create and establish standard work for new product development (NPD’s) process pricing.
Working in close connection with the sales operations and reporting team to ensure data accuracy and adherence to current processes are followed.
Support Salesforce system admin to conduct testing within Salesforce and ensure new enhancements are rolled out with limited impact Closely collaborate with Product Management team to develop pricing strategy and plans for new product and option Ad hoc maintenance on products in Salesforce and Oracle (updates of new and existing products)   Key Competencies.
Quantitative and Financial analysis and the ability to interpret complex data and understand the impacts of market trends The ability to engage and learn new tools and systems Strong collaboration abilities to engage with cross-functional departments (pricing, product, sales, etc.) Attention to detail Problem solving ability and an agile approach to changes process and systems limitations Process improvement focusing on optimizing and automating standard work  Strong financial acumen Experience in Tableau, Alteryx or Oracle would be an advantage (but not a requirement)  Great team player and collaborator    Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
Preferably gained in similar industries (refrigerating transport, HVAC) Fluent English is essential, a second language is a plus  Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent Microsoft office skills.
