YOUR MISSION The Pricing team at Glovo is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Business Analyst to support our Pricing team leveraging existing tools to provide recommendations to the local teams to deliver price optimisations at scale.
You will design and manage Pricing A/B tests end to end - including experiments design, analysis and communication to stakeholders for several countries.
ou will interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation on a regular basis and hence require the ability to compartmentalise requests and formulate applicable data-driven solutions.
You will require a sharp business focus, a collaborative style of working, as well as a proactive and critical mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are crucial, as is the ability to synthesise complex issues to drive desired outcomes.

THE JOURNEY   Own end to end the Pricing strategy and execution for a number of countries Design and launch Pricing experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals Drive clarity and solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches Lead global projects to develop and explore new initiatives Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference Provide guidance and support on your markets situation to the Pricing Strategy & Planning team during planning exercises WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE   A university degree in engineering, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar disciplines (preferred).
2 years of prior experience in a data-driven environment delivering actionable insights.
Experience with AB Testing is desirable.
Sound business acumen.
Ability to balance and prioritise multiple requests.
Proficiency in SQL and GSheets/Excel.  Experience with Python, R or similar tools are a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools & technologies.
Comfortable managing large data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Having the capability to not only communicate clearly but also write structurally and understandably.
