Define data science modeling strategy and advise/revise coding approach
Lead of multidisciplinary teams of data scientists and developers
Define team priorities
Lead daily stand-up meetings of your team and sprint planning sessions
Manage team capacity and agree project scopes
Ultimate responsible and QA of features and deliverables
Resolve conflicts across the functions of the team (DevOps/AI/DB/FE/BE...)
Interact with our clients and understand their challenges their data and their needs

>6 years of experience in data science
>6 years experience with data programming/ scripting languages (Python R SQL). Including package building object-oriented programming. Bonus APIs AWS Lambda Step functions ...
>6 years experience in machine-learning methodologies (supervised /unsupervised deep learning)
Experience leading multiple projects and multiple teams
Experience in project planning
Experience in communicating technically at a level appropriate for the audience
Ability to work in a fast pace and learn quickly
Background in data science consulting or in product development
(Bonus) Master in Data Science /Machine Learning
(Bonus) AWS Cloud experience
(Bonus) Database design/data lead
