As a Principal Product Lead (Associate Director), you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered Drug Development, Generative AI, and Digital Twins.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide strategic consultancy for Data, Analytics and AI products to business and IT stakeholders Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.
Essential Skills.
Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
