PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL PRODUCT LEAD – DATA ANALYTICS AND AI

Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company.
As a Principal Product Lead you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered Drug Development, Generative AI, and Digital Twins.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide strategic consultancy for Data, Analytics and AI products to business and IT stakeholders Pharmaceutical Technology & Drug Development (PT&D) and Quality.
Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.
Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.
Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.
Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.
Essential Skills.
Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, and AI technologies.
Provide thought leadership and have hands on experience creating and executing strategy for Data and AI/GenAI Products.
Strong foundation in Data and AI technologies i.
coming from technical background.
Experience leading complex data and AI projects.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile teams.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
Able to lead senior stakeholder engagement (business, 3rd party vendors and IT) relationships.

., or PhD in a relevant field Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment.
Background in Chemistry or Biopharmaceutical industry.
