OVERALL OBJECTIVE AND PURPOSE Interacts with customers and FMRs to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with lottery retailers supplying to quality customer service and generating incremental sales for Instants (IMG) using the telephone system.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Procall Representative I, will work closely with the Field Marketing Representatives (FMR) to lead their assigned route(s) generating incremental Instants (IMG) Sales.
Must be able to influence and communicate optimally with lottery personnel and lottery retailers Ensure the retailer have the right stock level for each IMG price point.
Explain games and price points, and answer questions from customers.
Understanding territory covered to ensure that the appropriate lottery games are being sold Supplies to team effort by delivering on agreed indicators Analyses the ordering cycle of agents using the information generated by the system such as inventory on-hand, sales levels, ordering history, to help them make a very accurate, informed inventory decision with the goal of generating additional sales.
For “emergency orders” the designated FMR for the route should be advised immediately and will coordinate the delivery of supplies of all Lottery products, including tickets, and related materials according to the retailers’ needs.
Accurately detail all transactions into the database.
Maintaining records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Maintains regular communications with Product Management Supervisor.
Must be able to speak clearly and persuasively with strong social skills.

REQUIREMENTS ACADEMIC BACKGROUND 5 O’ Level’s including Mathematics and English Language Computer literate and familiar with the Microsoft Office products Experience Minimum of one (1) year working in a telemarketing environment boosting sales Crucial requirements Speaks clearly, and concise, well understood and can drive sales Positive, hardworking attitude at all time Strong follow-up and time management skills Driven to succeed – Understands the demands of working in a multifaceted organization Proficiencies.
