We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job description:Enfinity Global is looking for a Procurement Trainee that will be part of the Corporate Procurement department for the development of PV solar and BESS projects.Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing (Europe), he/she will support in the daily tasks such as: prepare the request for information (RFI) documents, RFQuotation documents, coordinate the negotiation of suppliers, preparation of PO, prepare comparative tables of offers, etc.The role will be developed in an international environment where coordination with other specialists (development, finance, legal, engineering) are needed.We are looking for a person with a STEM background, preferably in the electrical area, proactive and with a desire to grow.Key responsibilities:Support contract negotiations.Contact suppliers and onboard them.Support on the RFI, RFQ tender process.Regularly communicate with internal key stakeholders.Support with cost analysis.Track progress of the purchases.Support the team to achieve successfully the objectives of the company.Full compliance with company policiesQualifications:STEM degreeProactive, self-motivated, flexible.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Italian and Spanish is a significant advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
