As our Producer, you'll be the cornerstone of all our productions.
You'll be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring they run smoothly from concept to delivery, while taking good care of client relationships.
You'll manage budgets, coordinate teams, and ensure projects exceed client expectations.
Additionally, you'll lead and support a talented team of post-producers to guarantee that final outputs reflect the highest quality and creative vision.
What You'll Do- (1) Production Leadership.
- Oversee all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to final delivery.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining top-tier quality.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with production vendors, freelancers, and suppliers.
- Lead on-set production operations, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with creative objectives.
(2) Post-Production Leadership.
- Manage and lead a team of post-producers, editors, and VFX artists, ensuring cohesive workflows and timely delivery of assets.
- Supervise post-production processes, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final exports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure post-production aligns with the vision and client expectations.
(3) Budget and Resource Management.
- Prepare and oversee project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring projects stay on budget without compromising quality.
- Negotiate costs with vendors and suppliers to maximize value for each production.
- Forecast production needs and allocate resources effectively.
(4) Administrative Coordination.
- Liaise with the Head of Admin and Head of Operations to handle production-related billing, invoices, and financial documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of bills and manage the financial flow of production expenses.
- Provide detailed reporting on production costs and resource allocation.
What We're Looking For- Requirements.
- Experience.
Proven experience as a Producer or similar role, with significant exposure to both production and post-production workflows.
- Post-Production Expertise.
Strong understanding of editing, color grading, sound design, and VFX processes.
Experience managing a post-production team is essential.
- Budget Management.
Expertise in preparing and managing budgets for complex projects, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Industry Knowledge.
Familiarity with advertising, social media, and content creation industries.
- International Background.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Experience working with global teams or clients is highly valued.
- Flexibility.
Comfortable navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing demands of social media and digital-first campaigns.
- Network.
A strong network of production and post-production contacts, including freelancers, editors, and suppliers.
Soft Skills.
