We are supporting the digitalization of automotive distribution and strengthening our teams in charge of development projects for a new generation of products.📋 Context of the Position :DMS products are Dealer Management Solutions in multiple countries, used by Dealers to manage their customers, their vehicle stock, their Sales and After Sales operations and even sometimes the accounting system or the CRM. At Nextlane, we have 12 different DMSs across Europe, serving more than 60,000 users.The Product analyst defines product evolutions in line with market and customer needs, in alignment with Nextlane product strategy.As a Product analyst specialized in the DMS, the position requires some very good knowledge of the automotive business with its corresponding impact in the DMS. A focus will be done on the DMS solutions in use in the DACH region, in particular in Switzerland and Germany, but could also involve other products (Digital Solutions, complementary business modules…) and people from other departments and/or countries within Nextlane.🎯 Your responsibilities:As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for...Product analysis in collaboration with the Country Product Owner and based on the DMS Product Director’s inputs related to Nextlane’s strategy, i.e. writing Product User Stories (US) for the DMSs in use in the DACH region (could be for Drive, Europlus, Ecaros, Unicar, iCar…)Be active/collaborative in monitoring other people's user experiences and upcoming legal requirements and provide valuable insights to your colleagues.Customer dialogue with the support of the Country Product Owner (if needed) to capture overall requirements for the product and converting them into appropriate US.Analyse and define the detailed functional specifications including workflows (Functional Analysis).Collaborate with the different teams (dev, packaging, deployment) in order to define the proper timeline to package the releases and deliver them to our customers with the proper level of quality.Participate to all relevant ceremonies defined in the Service Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process with the right attendees allowing to make progress on an Agile mode.Define acceptance criteria.Participate in Workload estimates.Manage the backlog and priorities (Epic and Features).Delivery approval of the finished solution.Main interfaces with other teams / departmentsDevelopment TeamsXSProfessional ServicesCustomer SupportCustomersSalesMarketing🕵️ What we are looking for :Experience:At least 2 years of proven experience as Product Analyst or similar roles.Experience in the software industry is a plus.Languages:Strong written and communication skills in English.German language skills will be a plus.Required skills:Strong knowledge of the automotive business.Strong redaction skills, to explain the requirements and the business workflow.Strong cross collaboration skills (mostly) internally (R&D team, internal stakeholders) and externally (customers, partners).Team spirit & positive attitude in resolving proactively issues encountered.Able to communicate with different cultures and countries.
