About the CompanyOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Product Analyst to join our team, focusing on the strategic development and management of OMODA and JAECOO brand models currently available in Spain. In this role, you will oversee the planning, pricing, and operational execution of these models to ensure they meet both customer needs and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis and Opportunity Identification:Collect and analyze local market data, including industry policies, sales performance, macroeconomic trends, and competitor activities.Identify customer trends to provide insights for future product design and development.Product Planning and Definition:Assist in planning new models and provide input on product definition and positioning.Organize test drives for company and competitor products, analyze results, and support implementation.Competitor Analysis:Build and maintain a competitor database, tracking pricing, configurations, marketing activities, and sales strategies.Conduct regular analysis of competitor market strategies and pricing trends.Product Management and Support:Manage daily operations for OMODA brand models.Develop and approve training materials, dealer bulletins, and product catalogs.Provide product-related support to dealership networks and address inquiries.Communication and Market Support:Review product website content and press releases to ensure accuracy and alignment with branding.Participate in monthly pricing and market analysis to support decision-making.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.3+ years of experience in product management or market analysis in the automotive OEM.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and cross-cultrual teamwork.Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with product lifecycle management.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential.
