We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product Management team.
You will work closely with Product Owners and teams to support the development and delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business value.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in product management within a dynamic fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Assist the Product Owner in defining product vision and strategy.
Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and users.
Help in prioritising the product backlog and ensuring stories are well defined and clear.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to support product launches and enhancements.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with team goals.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
Monitor product performance and collect user feedback to inform future development.
Qualifications.
Some experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role (internships count).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.
., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus Passion for building innovative products and solving customer problems.
