At Factorial, we're looking for a Product Design Manager to help us build the perfect suite for small and medium companies.

he Role As a Product Design Manager, you’ll lead several product teams in collaboration with Product and Engineering Directors.
You’ll be responsible for building and developing a talented group of Product Designers to define and build Factorial's vision.
ou’ll work closely with existing customers and other teams inside Factorial, like Sales and Customer Experience, to identify problems, set business goals, and define our product vision.
As part of this process, you’ll work and guide your team towards the different phases of building Factorial’s product.
lso, you’ll collaborate with other Product Leaders to align Factorial’s vision and business goals.

ou have +5 years of experience building digital products.
ou have deep experience working in the different phases of the design process, including user research, ideation, interface design, prototyping, implementation, and validation.
ou have a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach when necessary to design and execute effectively.
ou have experience and feel confident working with business and qualitative data to generate insights, detect opportunities and risks, and articulate your decisions.
ou are passionate about building innovative and user-centered products working with complex problems and not bounded solutions.
ou have experience defining the long-term vision of products, thinking holistically, and properly translating that vision to your teams to build scalable systems.
ou have experience aligning multiple teams by defining common business goals, setting up proper processes, and structuring the team to ensure success.
ou have experience building a talented team by not only recruiting top talent through inbound and outbound strategies but also creating last-standing relationships.
ou have experience developing people by setting clear expectations, providing continuous feedback, defining action plans, planning training programs, and taking critical decisions when necessary.
ou have experience building consistent experiences by aligning multiple teams and stakeholders toward common documentation, design systems, branding, and best design practices.
ou have experience working in cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Product Managerment, Sales, and Customer Experience) to ensure the solutions we build are feasible and aligned with business goals.
ou are constantly up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to improve your team's design process and output.
ou have strong communication skills and feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Once you finish the challenge, we'll schedule a second interview with the rest of the team to meet each other and evaluate your challenge through different questions.
