KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Achieve design objectives in each project according with specific requirements, guidelines and brand manuals.
Analyze space and operational needs, to align these requirements with interior design and brand attributes.
Assist in conceptualization phase in projects.
Disciplined in work and planning.
Should be able to handle different tasks simultaneously.
Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
Assist in the creation of moodboads and Look & Feels with a purpose.
Make 2D or 3D documentation.
Requisitos Bachelor´s degree in Architecture/ Interior Design or related field.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Third language highly valuable.
Advanced knowledge in the following software.
Autocad, Revit, Photoshop, Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
Apply textures and materials to 3D modelling highly valuable.
Knowledge of the hotel industry.
PREFERRED SKILLS Look for new products and materials.
Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Have a good knowledge of contract suppliers for hospitality sector.
Se ofrece The position will be located at the Central Office in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia th floor).
Duration.
6 months + 6 months (1 full year).
Full-time internship.
