Tareas
This role focuses on working with our technological platform, collaborating with the product team to understand its functionalities and key user needs. You will also engage with the development team, assisting in the resolution of technical issues.
Based on your performance, there will be opportunities to progress further in the development team and grow in those areas where you excel the most.
From the product area:
Requirements / user stories with their use cases / Figma
Rules to take into account
User testing
Handling of ClickUp (request/bug/etc tool)
From the development area:
Level 1 support
Troubleshooting user issues on Level 1 platform
