PRODUCT LEAD (DATA)

Capitole Consulting keeps growing and we want to do it with you!As an AI Product Lead, you will oversee the development of AI solutions for the Internal projects, working closely with Data Engineers, researchers, and customers to define product vision and create reusable assets. You’ll co-create roadmaps and align business goals across Operating Companies (OpCos). Collaboration with stakeholders will be key to ensure solutions meet both user needs and technical feasibility.🤖ResponsibilitiesLead the discovery and development of AI products that address real-world problems and create business value.Define the product vision, roadmap, and requirements, while aligning with the needs of different operating companies.Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with quality standards and business goals.Continuously monitor, test, and optimize product performance based on data, user feedback, and evolving market trends.✔Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.Mandatory have a technical background in: Data science, Data analyst, Data enigneering, machin learning, mathematics o relatedAt least 5 years of experience in product management, in AI, machine learning, or data science domains.Knowledge and understanding of Generative AI concepts, techniques (prompt engineering), and tools, linear or mathematical optimization.Excellent communication, collaboration, in English and spanish (MANDATORY high level in both)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.Why Capitole?🙌 We are great, but with you, we will be even greater 😊.
