As a Product Manager, you will be assigned responsibilities in the Accounts Payable product area and will be the go-to person for translating business requirements to user needs, and working with scrum teams in an agile development framework to deliver solutions that delight customers in specified timelines.An ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, prioritization, cross-functional team collaboration, and problem solving skills.Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers across multiple verticals (Manufacturing, Wholesale / Distribution, Retail, Software, General Business, Services) to build the next generation of Pay & Get Paid offerings by understanding the business needsProactively define and drive the creation of new features that delight customers and help customers grow their business.Document use cases, write user stories, and collaborate with UX on user-centered designs that clearly articulate desired product functionality.Collaborate with Development, QA, Doc, UX Researcher and UX teams to deliver great products and tools for both the customers as well as developers.Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and offerings.Manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, customer and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.Qualifications/Skills:Must be a self-motivated team playerAbility to gather complex customer requirements and translate requirements into a detail plan for executionKnowledgeable in 2 of the following functional areas: Electronic Payments, Accounts Payable Automation, e-Invoicing, Vendor Management, Billing, Payments, Banking3 years of product management or product owner experience preferred. Must have experience operating in an agile development framework.Experience in building and shipping applications as a product manager or business analyst for more than 2 product releasesTechnical proficiency to participate in design discussions with developmentBA Business Administration or BS Engineering required. MBA a plus.
