PRODUCT & QUALITY SPECIALIST

We offer extensive experience in finding strategic solutions for companies in the field of Temporary Work, Selection and Outsourcing services. We are currently looking for a Product & Quality Specialist.Mission of the JobDrive the quality of our products in qualification processes to successfully introduce and maintain products in the customers' supply chain. Ensure rigorous quality planning, monitoring, and problem-solving activities to meet customer expectations and industry standards.REQUIREMENTSRequired Academic BackgroundBachelor's degree in General Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Civil, Chemical) or Chemistry.Excellent English skills (C1 minimum).Professional Experience and RequirementsRequired: 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Valuable: Experience with quality management tools and methodologies such as PFMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and the 8D problem-solving process, familiarity with mechanical testing procedures, material characterisation, and Design of Experiments (DoE), programming skills in Python, proficiency in Office Suite, experience in the automotive industry is highly valued and familiarity with product audits, supplier audits, and working with auditors.Other requirements:Travel Requirements: Occasional international travel to locations in Europe and the Americas may be required, depending on project needs and customer locations.Customer Interaction: Regular interaction with customers' quality and technical teams to address quality concerns and ensure alignment on quality expectations.Team Dynamics: You will be part of the Technology team, working closely with other departments such as Production, R&D, and Customer Service to maintain high standards of product quality and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain quality plans to meet customer and industry standards.Drive product qualification processes within customers' supply chains.Conduct PFMEA, SPC, and MSA to ensure product quality and reliability.Lead 8D problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and analyse product quality metrics to assess performance over time.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support product validation.Conduct and support material testing and characterisation to ensure product suitability.Engage in product and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.Occasionally participate in lab tasks to support other areas as neededWe offer:Indefinite-term contract.Bonus program.High training budget.Home office.Career development.Other Benefits (medical insurance, english lessons in company...)
