We seek excellence and therefore we demand it from ourselves and from each new member. LOCATION Madrid Office, hybrid (2-3 days a week at home), Mandatory to have fiscal residency in Spain and is MANDATORY to be based in Comunidad de Madrid.orDubai Office, hybrid (2-3 days a week at home), Based in Dubai with Dubai Work Permit VISA.RESPONSABILITIESWork in a tech team of Senior, Mid, and Junior FullStack Developers, contributing to both FrontEnd and BackEnd development tasks.Focus on delivering high-quality software solutions, ensuring seamless integration across the stack, and maintaining code quality.Collaborate with the delivery manager to meet project objectives, timelines, and deliverables, allowing you to concentrate on technical contributions.Participate in the design and development of MVPs to validate new concepts and reduce time to market.Document and present technical progress reports to the project manager. REQUIEREMENTSFullStack Developer Requirements (at least 3 years of experience): BackEnd Development: Experience in backEnd development with knowledge of backend technologies. At least two-three years in professional environments. Proficiency in Python: Flask, FastAPI, Django, etc.FrontEnd Development: Experience in FrontEnd technologies, including React, Tailwind CSS, TanStack, and Next.js.
