The Opportunity The Programme Director will act as a coordinator between top management and other key stakeholders, while providing oversight and guidance on projects of high importance.
Furthermore, a special focus on project execution, and key interdepartmental collaboration will be required.
In partnership with the leadership team, the Programme Director will problem-solve, create and look to identify areas for process improvements and where we can accelerate.
The successful applicant will be comfortable embracing a people-first culture and actively participate in senior management and, leadership meetings.
The Programme Director will be the glue that sticks together all other workstreams.
Ensuring, key items are identified, tackled and closed is crucial as is effective decision making and being extremely well organised.
Ultimately, the primary function of this role is to ensure what we need delivering is delivered and that we consider the impact of all our actions on our customers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Facilitating and overseeing meetings Pulling together all elements of a programme to ensure actions are captured, allocated and closed on or ahead of time Owning the overall end to end plan for any projects in scope and ensuring for any agreed projects that the required governance is in place.
Working with workstream leads to support them in their duties and when required escalating appropriately and in a timely manner Meeting with the company’s leadership team and providing updates at monthly or quarterly meetings on progress being made or otherwise Improving the company’s ongoing processes and organising procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity Gathering reports and compiling them into an appropriate format for presentation Representing Worldline Merchant Services UK on Steering committees and in other projects linked to WMSUK Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers.

Process improvement experience and awareness Change management understanding and experience of leading change initiatives Prior experience of complex migration projects The ability to make decisions and show initiative Relevant industry experience preferable, i.
