MN8 is headquartered in New York with offices in Boca Raton, Florida and Madrid.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe role of the Project Administrator Intern is to ensure that the projects of the company are running smoothly and well organized. This person communicates with different verticals and gathers necessary resources to keep the flow within the project restraints. The ultimate goal is coordinating the efforts of the project execution team so there are not gaps.Work activities include:Monitoring progress of all projects under execution and early stages of developmentCoordinating with team members to pull the required resourcesCreating and updating workflowsTrack and report project milestonesAdmin tracking toolsCreate report and update KPIsSupport Project Team with document controlFlag deliverablesCreate tools for a better project managementMake sure other verticals needs are met as projects evolveOther activities:Distributing appropriate construction data and back upCreate a database of project needs based on applicable local, state and federal regulationsWork to transform Project Execution in a learning vertical that acquire, create, and apply knowledgeCreate/update project schedulesCreate/update reporting dashboardsAttending various meetings with Business Development, Due Diligence, Technical Offices and otherRequirements:Self-motivated, exceptional time-management and organizational skillsExperience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedulesStrong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasksOpen to new challengesProficient in oral and written communicationTeamwork oriented, trouble shooting and human resource skillsComputer skillsMINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATIONUniversity degree or college diploma. Engineer.
