Analyse restrictions and conditions of the land.
Search for owners of selected land and work on the negotiations.
Review solar or wind resources and layouts of the proposed plant.
Help manage the different phases of project development.
Comply with the quality, health and safety and environmental management system: legal compliance, monitoring of the applicable procedures, etc.
Requisitos mínimos 🔑Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in negotiating land contract agreements.
B2 English & native Spanish proficiency.
Availability for travelling within Spain.
Driving licence (B).
