GTD Defense & Security Solutions designs, develops, and integrates systems and products to secure and protect people, critical infrastructures, and territories.
We create systems that support all kinds of peacekeeping and search & rescue operations, from HQ to personnel on the ground, including training and simulation tools.
We are looking for a Project Planning and Monitoring Support  to join GTD Defense & Security Solutions, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Engineers with a clear orientation towards the integration of systems at all levels.
mechanical, electrical, electronic and at the software level; mainly land border surveillance systems and naval systems, both national and export markets and during the entire life cycle of the project, from the technical specification, design, production and verification and validation.
Job Duties.
Establishment and Registration of WBS in SAP.
Breakdown of the project in activities, establishment of durations, dependencies among them...
Allocation of resources for each activity Realization of Baselines (Earned Value model) Project order reports Creation and Registration of Projects and Expansions.
o Project Updates Development, maintenance, follow-up and update of integrated project and works schedules.
Baseline Maintenance Elaboration, review and update of project reports.
Earned Value Indicator Analysis Deviation analysis and evaluation Project order tracking SAP authorizations/authorizations for Program personnel Tracking of orders placed in SAP for their correct allocation Authorizations in SAP for cost center changes or Economic Management Preparation of POA/UPA Forwarding to the Head of Programs the economic information of the different programs (indexes, curves, etc.).
Preparation of economic reports for the Steering Committee.
CPI and SPI indicators sent to the program management.
Follow-up report, with information extracted from SAP on the hours and volume of workloads committed to the program.
Requirements Your profile.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; Finance and Accounting or similar degree in the area of Economics.
Experience in handling SAP PS module tool.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge in Earned Value.
Experience in Safran Previous experience in Project Planning systems will be an asset.
Official SAP certificate will be an asset.
