JOB ENVIRONMENT MSF staff should have adequate, up-to-date practical experience to carry out the required competencies and confidently perform specific task, to ensure quality on the services that are provided population that MSF assist.
MSF FIELD SIMULATION is contributing to the development of these competences by.
Designing and implementing F2F and online simulation-based learning solutions that can be effectively used at field level by trained supervisors with the support of the mission’s HR & technical departments Dept.’s   Create CAPACITY in MSF staff to organize and implement simulation activities.
Developing manuals, guidelines, documents…to support field teams to implement simulation activities    MSF Field Simulation has developed training material to learn about simulation and simulation Scenarios videos, which are currently in English.
These material and videos should have been automatically translated in French, as there is an interest in MSF to train in simulation staff working in French mission.
The French translation needs to be revised, as the existing translation is a machine/ automated translation.
She/he will be functionally accountable and hierarchically dependent of Project Manager MSF Field Simulation and work in collaboration with the simulation team working in this project.
GENERAL OBJECTIVE French Proofread and review of the Simulation training material, Simulation Scenarios and videos.
She/he will mostly collaborate with the MSF Field simulation team working on this.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS  In collaboration with the MSF Field Simulation team, the Proofreading FRENCH (Simulation training material and simulation Scenarios) will.
Review and proofread the transcripts translated into French of the content of the training simulation material.
Review and proofread transcripts translated into French of videos and simulation scenarios.
SELECTION CRITERIA Languages.
Native French + high level of English.
Experience in proofreading and translation is an asset.
As most of the content is Medical or related to Simulation, experience or knowledge of these fields would be highly valued.
Advanced knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and SharePoint.
CONDITIONS Location.
the position allows being based in any MSF OCBA Spain offices (Barcelona, Bilbao, Seville, Valencia, Madrid) or homebased in Spain.
Duration.
3 months aprox.
Part time (35%).
Annual gross salary.
level HQ-2A € + secondary benefits based on MSF OCBA Reward Policy.
