PROPERTY FINANCE OPERATIONS ANALYST (REAL ESTATE)

Mileway is looking for a highly organised, results driven Financial Property Operations Analyst. You will be responsible for providing policy and process documentation, training, support and control reporting for all property functionality such as lease setup, accounts receivable, construction job cost and service charge. At least 3 years’ experience in this area in an analytical role, ideally from a financial planning and analysis background.Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plusExperience with construction job cost tools and financial accounting. Advanced Excel skills are required and being an accomplished user of reporting platforms such as Tableau and Power BI would be an advantage. Proficient with collaboration tools and Microsoft applications such as Teams.Communication skillsFluent English and an additional European language is an advantage.Strong analytical skills.Strong organizational skills.Knowledge of training techniques and delivery.Great team energy.
