Protection & Resilience Expert The Protection & Resilience Expert (PRE), part of the IS & PR team in Allianz Technology Spain is directly reporting to the Global Operations & CIO Hub Lead of Allianz Technology Spain and and to the Allianz Technology IberoLatAm Local ISO and works closely with the Regional ISO of Allianz Technology and the CISO of Allianz Seguros.

Key Responsibilities.
For the OE.
• Follow the implementation of IT DR capability enhancements for local/customer specific service and ensure that enhancements are aligned with applicable P&R standards • Support IT Service Managers/Owners in the creation of an IT DR Plan and in IT DR test preparation, execution and report distribution For the Allianz Technology IberoLatAm Branch.
• Perform the BCM lifecycle activities for the Allianz Technology entity, including business impact analysis (BIA), risk identification and assessment (RIA), response strategies, response planning, exercise and testing • Regularly participate in reviews being undertaken by Protection & Resilience Office • Ensure that the Allianz Technology entity ratifies the Protection and Resilience Policy • Monitor incidents with crisis potential and report these to the Allianz Technology Crisis Unit Back Office & and Crisis Unit of AZ Seguros • Report resilience results to Protection & Resilience Office • Create awareness of Protection & Resilience and associated responsibilities within AZT entity Key Requirements/Skills/Experience.
• Experience in ITSCM, DRP.
• Experience in Crisis Management and BCM is a plus.
• Professional experience in different Protection & Resilience domains.
• Curiosity about Information Security topics.
• Good knowledge of relevant services and supplier relationships or central function processes.
• Strong communication and conflict management skills.
• Experience with crisis and emergency situations.
• English fluent, Spanish is a plus.
