Planning, scheduling, and tracking execution of Suppliers' social audits for European entities.
Planning & executing yearly campaigns & compliance checks (E.
., financial health, dependency, anti-corruption processes) Managing & collecting compliance documentation (E.
., Ethical Commitment Letter, General Terms and Conditions) Contributing to risk management evaluation campaigns (E.
., data privacy, cybersecurity campaigns) Yearly campaigns.
Support Suppliers Sustainability evaluation Collect and report KPIs related to Sustainable Sourcing programs (g., Retail Eco-design, Forest Policy, Inclusive Sourcing) Manage & update information, related to our Sustainable Sourcing programs.
Dashboards.
Create & maintain sustainability dashboards.
Data Quality & consistency Maintain Preferred Supplier Lists and ordering channels, support Annual content update.
Maintain and update information, documents & data in alignment with our purchasing teams across Europe.
Data analysis.
extract, prepare and analyse data/information to provide guidance and inputs to build action plans and improvement opportunities.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Required Qualifications Skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Purchasing or related field.
2- 3 years of experience in purchasing, data management, content management, or a related area within a multinational organization.
Fluency in both verbal and written English is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualization (PowerBI) Experienced to working with ERPs (SAP) ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios? Smart work.
