• Receive purchase requests from all hotel departments and registered in the purchasing system.
• Attend the person responsible for the total stock stored in the warehouse and for the accuracy of the goods issued to several points of sale.
• Assist in the identification of slow moving stocks and work with the F & B Managers.
• Ensure competitive offers when necessary.
• Safe purchase of emergency items ordered by the Eng. F & B departments and General Stores.
• Prepare the purchase order for all required items.
• Perform monthly physical inventories in all beverage areas (stores and beverage establishments), verify all inventory sheets in accordance with the Almanac Policies and Procedures.
• Attend the accounts department with requests for receipt of goods and invoice requests.
• Maintain good relations with operations.
• Any assigned ad hoc task.
