om/   Job Description As the QA Lead, you will be responsible for applying the principles, practices and standards of functional & acceptance testing throughout the software development life cycle.
You will support the business with test coordination activities, functional testing, test execution on digital systems, defect management and handover to the relevant teams.
This role entails working closely with the Release Manager, Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts & external suppliers.
Driving quality assurance measures and testing standards across the business Review software requirements to ensure they are clear to all aspects of the business Work closely with Business Analysts & Product Owners to determine the scope of testing on projects Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements Perform quality assurance automation planning, application testing and developing scripts using established automated testing tools prior and after production implementation Raise issues with the development teams when the platforms do not behave as expected Work with business stakeholders to identify the priority and severity of defects raised and assign them to the correct parties Re-test defects that have been fixed by the development teams Create, implement and maintain test repository in practices Test any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and technical specifications.
Communicate test progress, results, issues impacting deliverables and all relevant information to project stakeholders Engage with internal & external teams to identify, facilitate and resolve any dependencies/workarounds and solutions to achieve testing timelines Qualifications Spanish & English fluency is required Prior experience managing and mentoring a team is required Demonstrable experience designing, testing and deploying effective tests, both manual and automated, and integrating them into the development process Automation tools such as Selenium Experience in defect management tool JIRA or any other defect management tool is highly desirable Experience in Agile development (Scrum) Ability to analyse business requirements and create testing documentation Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers and can tailor communications to meet the stakeholder's needs accordingly Experience in Online gaming systems is preferred Additional Information #LI-MS1 #LI-Hybrid   You’re probably wondering outside of a fun, exciting and varied role – what else do you get?
