Additionally, we will be launching soon in other regulated markets!Look at our careers site to find out more: https://careers.rank.com/Job DescriptionAs the QA Lead, you will be responsible for applying the principles, practices and standards of functional & acceptance testing throughout the software development life cycle. You will support the business with test coordination activities, functional testing, test execution on digital systems, defect management and handover to the relevant teams. This role entails working closely with the Release Manager, Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts & external suppliers.Driving quality assurance measures and testing standards across the businessReview software requirements to ensure they are clear to all aspects of the businessWork closely with Business Analysts & Product Owners to determine the scope of testing on projectsConduct manual and automated testing to ensure our products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirementsPerform quality assurance automation planning, application testing and developing scripts using established automated testing tools prior and after production implementationRaise issues with the development teams when the platforms do not behave as expectedWork with business stakeholders to identify the priority and severity of defects raised and assign them to the correct partiesRe-test defects that have been fixed by the development teamsCreate, implement and maintain test repository in practicesTest any new software to ensure integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance and technical specifications.Communicate test progress, results, issues impacting deliverables and all relevant information to project stakeholdersEngage with internal & external teams to identify, facilitate and resolve any dependencies/workarounds and solutions to achieve testing timelinesQualificationsSpanish & English fluency is requiredPrior experience managing and mentoring a team is requiredDemonstrable experience designing, testing and deploying effective tests, both manual and automated, and integrating them into the development processAutomation tools such as SeleniumExperience in defect management tool JIRA or any other defect management tool is highly desirableExperience in Agile development (Scrum)Ability to analyse business requirements and create testing documentationAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers and can tailor communications to meet the stakeholder's needs accordinglyExperience in Online gaming systems is preferredAdditional InformationYou’re probably wondering outside of a fun, exciting and varied role – what else do you get?
