We are currently expanding our talented and passionate team with the addition of a QA Lead.
As a QA Lead in Axes In Motion, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every release and update meets the highest quality standards.
You’ll lead the QA team, managing testing and processes to guarantee optimal performance and a top-tier player experience.
Additionally, you'll advocate for the importance of QA throughout the development cycle, ensuring that quality remains at the heart of everything we produce.
What will you do? Actively participate in the entire QA process to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Ensure that updates and new releases consistently meet high-quality standards before deployment.
Ensure quality is a key consideration in the development of new features, focusing on functionality, performance across devices, and relevant metrics.
Establish and optimize processes that enable the QA team to work efficiently and effectively.
Lead the design and implementation of debugging tools to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
Manage the QA team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, clear goals, and maintain high motivation levels.
Oversee testing plans for new features, updates, and releases, ensuring thorough validation and quality control.
Mentor QA team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
Advocate for QA best practices across the development team, ensuring quality is prioritized at every stage of production.
