In this role, you’ll lead a remote team of QA testers, driving the overall quality assurance strategy for a major gaming project.

Responsibilities.
Lead and mentor a remote QA team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee and manage the QA process across platforms, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Enhance QA tools and processes to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and report on testing activities, ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
Support release processes by greenlighting release candidates and coordinating with live-ops teams.
Collaborate closely with development teams to align QA plans with game updates and feature changes.
Ensure the creation of detailed test plans and cases that meet platform-specific requirements.
Organize and coordinate internal playtesting sessions.
Requirements.
Extensive experience in QA within the gaming industry, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a remote team.
Experience working in a Games as a Service (GaaS) environment with regular updates.
Familiarity with game production pipelines, tools, testing methodologies, and automation.
Experience with game releases on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
Proficiency with bug-tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence, and familiarity with CI tools.
Nice to Have.
Experience with Unreal Engine 5 projects.
