Mediktor’s customers include health plans, hospitals and health systems, telehealth, and pharmaceutical companies.Our technology uses natural language recognition, and multiple types of prediction models, and can be integrated into almost any type of solution thanks to our UI libraries and our wide range of API methods and capabilities.The software has been clinically validated with a success rate of up to 91.3% in trials with real patients.You can try our showcase application yourself, and we will surely appreciate your feedback:Mediktor in the Apple App StoreMediktor in the Google Play StoreMediktor B2C web portalYou will learn and give support on: Maintain and enhance the QMS to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations, continuously reviewing and improving processes and procedures.Manage and update technical documentation, ensuring alignment with both regulatory and internal standards.Participate in internal and external audits, from preparation through execution and follow-up, including implementing corrective actions from audit findings.Oversee CAPA and incident management, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with established procedures.Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate performance records.Execute system validation processes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements through thorough planning, testing, and documentation.Perform risk assessments on product quality and safety, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.Stay updated on regulatory changes, update company procedures accordingly, and manage product performance and safety, including complaint investigation and reporting.Implement and update information security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protecting sensitive data.Requirements:We are looking for graduates finishing Life Science Degree studies / Master's Studies.Proficient in English and SpanishStrong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to learn and grow professionallyWe are looking for someone with a curious mind who can keep up to date on what is going on in the company and the trends and innovations of the sector.
