QUALITY PACKAGING SUPERVISOR #BoltonFoodBolton Food Spain is looking for brilliant candidates to cover the position of Quality Packaging Supervisor, a position entirely dedicated to the development of Packaging for our Bolton Food brands and Private label brand in Spain and Maghreb.What are you going to do:Reporting to Quality Assurance Manager Spain & Maghreb, you will be actively part of our dynamic and potential team of Quality Assurance, being in charge of:Development of new packaging for the references in Spain and Maghreb: collaborate with MKT and Trade MKT teams for the development of new packaging elements, as well as with suppliers to design all the packaging elementsManage product specification-related documentation: approve specifications of packaging elements, create packaging specifications in the management system and develop palletization and formation of packaging elements for distribution.Coordinate the approval of packaging elements: request documentation from suppliers and standardize criteria for packaging element approval;Standardize criteria for supplier approval: create design protocols for packaging elements as qell as approval protocols;Coordinate packaging projects: coordinate new projects between Departments, conducting feasibility tests for new packaging elements;What we are searching for:Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Agro-food Industries, Food Law or alternatively in Graphic Arts or related field;Solid experience and competence in packaging technology, sustainable design as a professional packaging expert (PEA) in the food sector will be considered an added value to the application: printing, development of packaging elements, graphic design, packaging process design;Proficient in Spanish and in English, other languages such as French or Italian will be positively valued;Strong analytical skills and ability to plan his/her own work according to priorities and urgencies;A creative and out-of-the-box thinker, dedicated to ensure a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in execution;A proactive and fast learner keen to evolve, challenging himself/herself daily in order to reach excellence and focus on customers and stakeholders satisfaction;A fully accountable and people-oriented team player able to instill trust and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders;A dynamic and flexible professional capable to adapt swiftly and manage a fast moving and demanding environment.What’s interesting for you:Permanent contract in a leading multinational company in a constantly changing sector;Flexible working hours;Structured training and onboarding to develop your understanding of the position and the organization from the beginning and to better express your value;Possibility to travel within the territory and to Morocco.Curiosity about Bolton: Bolton is a multinational family-owned company that enriches the hearts and homes of families worldwide with trusted brands.
