REACT NATIVE DEVELOPER

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will become a key member of our Mobile Platform Core team, playing a pivotal part in driving our efforts to deliver innovative mobile client frameworks that support app development for various solutions.Your Mission:As a Senior Mobile Framework Developer, your mission is to lead and collaborate on the development of new features and functionalities within our mobile client framework. You will work closely with product teams to meet the needs of our international customers, ensuring that our framework remains robust, efficient, and at the forefront of mobile technology.Responsibilities:Develop native code for iOS, Android, and Windows platforms, focusing on core functionalities and React Native native modules to enable efficient solution implementation by Mobile App developers.Lead and participate in the design and development of new mobile client platform features, collaborating with product teams to align with customer needs.Establish a sophisticated toolchain and toolset for App Developers, ensuring they have access to the latest versions of our mobile client framework based on the most recent React Native development stack.Enhance the mobile client platform architecture with a performance-minded approach, ensuring robustness and efficiency.Support continuous improvements in methodology and technology, maintain the toolchain and test environments, and ensure high-quality standards by testing and reviewing code developed within the team.Collaborate with internal and external development teams using our mobile client platform, sharing knowledge, best practices, and experiences to further develop the framework.Help increase automated test coverage to enable reliable and quicker iterations of feature releases, enhancing both process and technical aspects of development.Your Experience:Must-Have:4+ years of experience in any of the following: Windows, iOS, Android, or React Native.Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Swift.Extensive experience in framework architecture and development.Proficiency in C# and/or C++.Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience in implementing React Native applications.Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Experience in test automation.Proven ability to guide and lead other developers.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.Nice-to-Have:Experience with Windows development on the Universal Windows Platform.Familiarity with the latest React Native technology stack, including JSI and Turbo Modules.Experience with React Native for Windows.What We Offer:Excellent opportunities to exceed your targets with an uncapped bonus structure.A purpose-driven mission addressing complex sustainability challenges while working alongside global industry pioneers.Room for creativity through collaborative teamwork and an open communication culture.Flexibility with hybrid work options, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.Opportunities for personal and professional growth.Sustainable mobility options, promoting eco-friendly commuting solutions.Fun team events and outings with our global teams.Join us in this exciting opportunity to shape the future of mobile app development and drive innovation in a fast-paced, global environment!
