Give them valuable tips to sell their property for the best price.Team player: Work closely with the listing team. Share details about the properties and help schedule viewings.Go-getter attitude: Always be on the lookout for new ways to sell properties. Don't give up on finding the perfect buyer!Put clients first: Be the homeowner's champion. Guide them through every step of the selling process and make sure they get the best results.Requirements:Sales Sense: We prefer experience in real estate, but we're also open to enthusiastic people with strong sales skills and a drive to succeed.Tech Skills: You should be comfortable using technology and be open to learning new tools.Languages: Speak English and Spanish. Bonus points if you know other languages!What We Offer Job Security: Full-time permanent contract (40 hours/week). Competitive Compensation: Fixed salary with a performance-based bonus structure.
