We are looking for a high-energy, driven Real Estate agent who ideally has an existing knowledge of the Marbella property market, who will have an emphasis on new business acquisition. You will be introducing our full suite of luxury properties to new prospects, spanning a broad international mix.What will you do?Manage your own leads, which are inbound and qualified by our senior management teamUtilize online and offline sources to cultivate additional leads and develop/maintain your pipelineDrive the full sales cycle to attain new business: make follow up calls, meet up with customers for property viewings, assess business goals through qualifying, work with sales and marketing and close the dealAchieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsProactive daily account management in our CRM/MLSWhat we require?Previous experience as a Real Estate agentEnglish speaking and writingWith a preference to either Polish OR Dutch in speaking and writingDriving licenseA valid Spanish (EU) work authorizationAdept at qualifying leads, prioritizing the pipeline and deal closingKnowledge of online marketing and social media is mandatory, leverage existing social media networkAbility to thrive in a performance oriented environment with short sales cyclesStellar work ethic, high energy, results driven, and a team playerAt CarlingPetri we have a steady stream of property enquiries from international buyers, you will be able to quickly build your base of potential buyers and you will start working with leads from day one.We offer a competitive uncapped commission and the potential to grow. A beautiful office to work from in the centre of Nueva Andalucia.Mentoring from our Senior sales staff.LET US MOVE YOU!
