We specialize in connecting investors with lucrative real estate opportunities, offering a seamless experience as a trusted "one-stop shop" for all real estate needs.Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in advising clients on real estate investment opportunities within Spain. Key Responsibilities:Client Advisory Services:- Provide expert advice to clients on real estate investment opportunities within Spain focusing on real estate developers and project investments.- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify high-potential investment opportunities aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.- Develop customized investment strategies and recommendations based on client needs and market insights.Prospecting and Pitching:- Prospect for new investment opportunities by identifying global real estate developments that align with client investment criteria and preferences.- Pitch and present global development projects to clients, emphasizing the value proposition and investment potential within their targeted regions. - Leverage the multinational brand and extensive client network of Mayak Real Estate to connect global clients with local development opportunities.Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate clients seeking real estate investment opportunities.- Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the investment process- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate seamless execution of investment transactions. Business Development:- Drive business development efforts to expand client base and generate new investment opportunities.- Identify and cultivate relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders to source exclusive investment opportunities.- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to enhance visibility and attract potential clients and partners.Performance Tracking and Reporting:- Monitor investment performance and market trends to provide regular updates and insights to clients.- Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and presentations to effectively communicate investment opportunities and recommendations.- Track and report on key metrics and KPIs related to investment advisory activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; CFA or equivalent certification preferred.Proven experience (1+ years) as an Investment Advisor or Real Estate Broker role, with a successful track record in real estate investment advisory.Deep understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial analysis.Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, particularly developers and investors in Europe and Indonesia.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a results-oriented mindset.Core Competencies:Real Estate Investment AdvisoryMarket Research and Due DiligenceClient Relationship ManagementBusiness Development and NetworkingFinancial Analysis and ModelingStrategic Planning and Execution
