s a Recovery & Collections risk Specialist your main responsibilities will include.
anagement of decentralized database for existing and new products portfolios supporting collections activities at Openbank/ZiniaSupport the strategy and the execution related to collections function across different geographies.
ead all the information collections projects and tasks.
ata cleansing and coordination of daily data exchange process with third parties including processing collections results (Financial & Operational)Set up Reporting framework incl.
ad hoc analysis for supporting collections management and consolidation.
ack-office support and coordination among different counterparts such us IT, Risk, Finance, among others.
o be successful in the role you must haveMaster's degree (M.
c.) in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or similarHigh level of knowledge Excel, SAS, SQL.
Any other programming language would be valuable.
xperience with Data Management and Data Mining.
trong analytical and data skills.
xperience in retail / consumer banking business.
nowledge in Zinia/Openbank systems will be a plus! Knowledge in Collections and IT related tools and banking applications will be also a plus!Good spoken and written English, any other language would be valuable.
eam player with good interpersonal skills.
