For more information, please visit www.auto1-group.com.Your contribution to AUTO1 Group:Lead the recruitment process - including the full cycle: reviewing the profile with the manager, posting the job offer, screening, and recruiting the best talent possible. Reports and Onboarding are included in the process too.Design, write and publish job offers/job descriptions in all the interesting job portals.Review, assess and provide timely feedback to hiring managers on candidate profiles.Coordinate and attend candidate meetings and interviewsMake offers to candidates and close the recruitment process.Onboard and follow-up of the new employees in the company.Work closely with the administration team to collect documentation, sign contracts and perform Health & Safety tasks.What you should bring:University Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or similar.
