Job Description As a Recruiter Trainee, you will.
Assist in identifying and attracting top-level talent for executive roles across various industries.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and execute search strategies tailored to client needs.
Conduct market research to map industry trends and build comprehensive talent pools.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the recruitment database (CRM).
Participate in client meetings and briefing sessions to understand business needs and hiring requirements.
Develop compelling job descriptions and support marketing initiatives for open roles.
Gain exposure to high-level decision-making and relationship management with senior executives.
The Successful Applicant Education.
Recent graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
You must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's, postgraduate, or master's program with an official degree.
Language Skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; other European languages are a plus.
