Hi,We are looking to hire an additional Recruiter to start in January 2024 into WeDoData, Mallorca, based in our office in Palma Nova, 10 minutes west of the Capital Palma.We are considering applications from experienced Recruiters with full right to work in Spain and Bi-Lingual (preferably Spanish / English, but we will also consider other European languages).The role will be to support the continuation of the successful growth of WeDoData as a Data and IT Recruiter in Spain.This involves;-Sourcing and winning new business with clients, through the internet and phone. New business and relationship building makes up the largest part of what we do so please be aware of this when applying for the role.-Consulting with clients and identifying what resources they need-Building up a Reliable and strong network of candidates in your specific market or region-Managing the successful recruitment campaign on behalf of your clients.This role would ideally be suited to someone who is an EU passport holder, with previous IT / Data or technical recruitment experience who enjoys Business Development and wants to spend some time working in the sunshine.We are also considering applications from candidates who are already in Mallorca, perhaps working in tourism or hospitality and want to move across into a different career. Our last two hires have come from hospitality in Mallorca and are Bi Lingual English / Spanish and they are doing very well with the training provided by us along the way.Base Salaries vary depending on experience but range from 22-30k Euro as a guide, as a starting salary depending on your level of experience and we have a very generous commission structure in place which should see a successful candidate at least double that in the first year and triple in year 2.As well as the salary we have a generous benefits packaged which includes Gym and health Insurance after a qualifying period and regular trips overseas.Our office is 5 mins from the beach in Palma Nova and has a large outdoor pool and poolside bar and Restaurant.If this is of interest, then please send your CV with a covering letter which tells us a little about you and if you are in Mallorca.
