RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - SPANISH RESTAURANT / CALIFORNIA USA

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor with a strong focus on operations and customer service. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a leader who can manage daily operations, solve problems efficiently, and ensure the front-of-house team is performing at its best to meet the restaurant's standards.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering excellent customer service and managing front-of-house activities.Monitor service speed and quality to maintain high customer satisfaction.Train and mentor front-of-house staff, enhancing their knowledge of the menu and service standards.Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.Assist in the control of labor costs and ensure optimal staffing levels.Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations in line with local health standards.Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service at all times.Work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination and a high-quality guest experience.Supervisory Responsibility:The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee all front-of-house staff during their shifts, ensuring proper training, engagement, and motivation. This role demands dedication, attention to detail, and availability to work long hours, including weekends. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, treating the restaurant as their own and being eager to grow within the team.Position Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant environment.Strong operational skills and a proactive approach to solving problems on the spot.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Compensation and Benefits:Hourly Rate: $24 per hourBonus: Annual performance bonus of $8,000Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage provided.Visa Sponsorship: 5-year work visa for eligible candidates.Relocation Package: Includes a flight for relocation, 10 days of accommodation, and assistance in finding permanent housing.
