RETAIL HR BUSINESS PARTNER

📢 An important and renowned multinational company in the consumer goods sector🍫🍬, with offices located in 📍Barcelona, is looking to join its Human Resources team a:RETAIL HR BUSINESS PARTNER🖊️ What will be your mission?Your mission will be to support and inspire the Retail team. As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the people strategy in Retail community.🖊️ What will be your responsibilities?Retail Business Partner✔️ Serve as the HR point of contact for the retail team (160 people – 30 Stores/Boutiques Spain & Portugal) ✔️ Ensure the life circle employee at in the company be excellent.✔️ Coordinate and lead training sessions with Learning & Development Specialist and Specialized positions & External Partners.✔️ Ensure that HR processes are adhered to and propose improvements and new ones if deemed necessary.✔️ Manage Labor relations with internal and external partners.✔️ Support people management within the retail team, both in the office and HQ.✔️ Develop people-centric plans aligned with business strategy.✔️ Collaborate with the Head of Retail to create the annual HR strategy for Retail.✔️ Lead talent management processes, including appraisals, salary reviews, and succession planning.✔️ Ensure budget and FTE compliance with Area Managers and Controlling.✔️ Ensure the implementation of health and safety initiatives.✔️ Monitor probation periods, contract durations, and cultural fit assessments.✔️ Assist with internal communication and employer branding strategies.✔️ Manage the Talent Acquisition process for Retail Stores and Retail Office needs.🖊️ What are we looking for?✔️ Bachelor’s degree in labor relations, Labor Sciences, or Psychology.✔️A master's degree in HR is a plus.✔️Experience in retail companies.✔️Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.✔️Good level of English.✔️Experience with Microsoft Office tools & HR digital tools.
